Host issues are not reflected in the Host Health Dashlet

We have a Dashboard where the operational monitors some servers, when there is any problem related to these servers, in the heath host dashlet where they are grouped, sometimes there is no color change on the servers with problems, in this case what can be causing this?
We use the managed environment!

Maybe time selector selected? Last 2 hours, last 30 minutes...

Usually the last 30 minutes.
