How can I exclude 404 errors from Dynatrace

Dear Community, I want to ask you, How can I exclude 404's from the dynatrace? 

Please refer the screenshot I want to suppress this particular alert from the dynatrace.

Also, is it possible to exclude in more granular way, like for a particular endpoint exclude 404 for it. In our case endpoint is https://10.207.0.1:443/api/v1/namespaces/ms-prod/namespaceshttps://10.207.0.1:443/api/v1/namespaces/ms-prod/namespaces

We want 404 for above endpoint to be excluded.

Just go that service itself, click on the '...' (in Classic-View though, I don't know how to do that in Grail-View) to override the global setting.
