Through our SMTP server we can send SMS but it does not support HTML message. We are using OneAgent.

Hi Ruchi, It's also possible to write a custom integration if one of those offerings is not available. Such as receiving an email or webhook which is converted to send through your SMS gateway. The other options involve querying the problems API and triggering SMS from there.
There are many options available to accomplish this.
I have configured it by selecting text option in message and it is working now.

You can also create an email alert - and just supply the phone number inplace of the email address. so for Verizon: XXX- XXX-XXXX@Vtext.com
Hi Ruchi... how you able to do this.. i have the same issue. i have selected the text option but still no able to send an sms. It said format not supported
Can you share how you implement this ?., I'm currently exploring this to have the sms notifications.
