I need to setup alerting Profile for synthetic monitoring, how to add that

 Hi,

I have setup'd synthetic monitoring for my application, we get alerts as email when the application is down and not accessible. We do see an problem opened when there is issues with the application. we want to know how to convert the Problem alerting on email to incidents , so team can action on those.
