PFA screenshot defaults incidents where notification will be send. where and how i can do the same?
e.g Failure rate too High

Hello,
Dynatrace is making such notification via problem rising and email integration. This is made automatically by dynamically calculates baselines. If you want static threshold for failure rate you can setup it globally in anomaly detection settings or specific in all of the services.

You'll start by creating an alerting profile based on what type of problems should be alerted upon and then create a problem notification set to use that alerting profile. One of the notification types is a simple email which you can configure as needed.
