Maintenance Window Didn't Mute the Alert

Hi Team,

We have this maintenance window to suppress alert for an EKS Cluster.

To make sure to mute all entities are muted I have created a management zone and added it to the maintenance window.

This management zone includes all workloads and almost covers every EKS entity but still we did received the Pod replicaa not available on a Workload problem.

This has been escalated internally, Highly appreciate it if any expert here can help me resolve it.

Hi,

you have to leave only the management zone in filter, because AND condition for cluster removes all entities but cluster from your filter.

I think same, or using MZ filter or using entity filter.
