Problem Feed API showing Data Discrepancy

Hi Team,

As anyone please explain to me why the data fetched by API for the problem feed doesn't match the problem count shown in the Problem section.

First thing that comes to mind is timeframe discrepancy. All API calls are in UTC and when you see it in the UI, it's typically your timezone.
