Hello,
I'm facing one issue - I create a problem notification and fill the value as a DL email address( one email address represent many email addresses)the recipient textbox. But all the users were not able to receive the email. May I know if dynatrace support this kind of DL email address?

Dynatrace does support DLs. It very well may be that users have a rule tossing it to trash or even getting caught up in spam. I just tested it in our DL and it worked no problem. Cluster 1.287.119.20240322-144647

How do we send email notifications based on host type. for e,g if it is windows server, it needs to go one DL and if it linux then it is different DL

The best way to do this is to isolate the hosts/entities via the Alert Profile. You'd create one for Windows and one for linux. Then link them to the associated problem notifications that you've created.
