I'm looking for a way to escalate the problem notifications to the management in case the problem has not been resolved by the technical team in 24 hours. Does Dynatrace offer this feature?

Hi, @sharjeelb . Yes, you need to create a new Alerting profile and set the minutes to 1440 and create a new Problem notification with a less technical message for Management.
