Problem root cause, is there one or can there be multiple

Hello,


Is there only one root cause per problem, or can we have mutiple root causes?

We show and expose one root-cause component which has the most statistical evidence. The root-cause component is delivered along with info about its vertical deployment stack. So if a service is identified as root-cause component we also show information about its process group its running on.
