How can i enable the problems for process restarts/unavailable in dynatrace managed. I will enable for all the process running on the host.

Dear Mayana,
You find the process availability alerting within the process group settings section as shown below. We don't want to alert on a process restart alone as it would be extremely spammy for all the detected process groups.
