Process unavailable restarting

Hi all.

we have a process that restarts automatically often, this restart can take up to 3 minutes.
Dynatrace is creating problems (Process unavailable) when it exceeds 1 minute.

How can I increase this time so that it generates a problem if it exceeds 3 minutes?

Thanks in advance.

BR, Jose A

Hello @josean

It is an availability-related alert. If you have more than one process in the process group then, you can also have a different type of control as well.

You can configure in the default alerting profile if you do not have an independent alerting profile.

This does works well when you are handling with Notifications, but not with Problem generation.

The problem will still being triggered but not notified to an external source.

I have created an idea for this: https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/Dynatrace-product-ideas/Pooling-interval-for-Static-Thresholds-on...
