In case of some generic problems like "Failure Rate increase" we have some 10-11 impacted entities, but the actual problem is on one or two entities which come under root cause. How do we get the details of the actual root cause entities? I do not see a placeholder for anything related to Root Cause. This is for the payload we use in problem notifications.

make sure to add the below placeholders to the custom payload
