My customer use problem notification integration by email, and they wants to reduce the time between detecting the problem and sending the email, as much as possible.
As you can see the problem is detected at : 07:39 (CEST) 21.09.2022 and the delivery mail at 21/09/2022 7:45
is it possible to reduce this delay?
I have read that other integrations are faster sending notifications (Teams, MobileApp…), but this would be the last alternative.

Is there any delay set in the associated alerting profile? Have you alerady checked it?
See below a sapmle where is a delay is set for reosurce alerts and slowdown alerts (30 min).
