We configured the alerts with SNOW and it successfully creating the incidents into SNOW using transform map.
But it is creating incident for every alerts as if the alert is getting closed into Dynatrace within 1-2 minutes it is creating alert for the same.
We want to pause or add a condition like if the alert is getting auto closed within 1-3 or 5 mins then then incident need not to be created into SNOW & if the alert(problem) is active for 8-10 minutes then INC needs to be created kind of setting we want to implement.
Can this be done into Dynatrace environment - if yes then do suggest steps so it can be achieved.
Like if the problem is opened for 8-9 minutes and it got auto closed then INC needs not to be created and if this condition passes like if the problem is still open post 10 minutes, then incident needs to be created.
Hope it's understandable.
Please assist on this!!

Have you looked at Alerting Profiles: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/analyze-explore-automate/notifications-and-alerting/alerting-profile... you can set the duration a Problem needs to be open before an notification is pushed.
