is it possible to assign more than one Alert Profile for the Dynatrace -> ServiceNow integration?

Sonia, you could setup multiple service now integrations with different alerting profiles or you could leverage tags and let service now make decisions based on these tags on a single service now integration and alert profile. As far as i know you can only select on alerting profile per integration

I would say yes as long as there is nothing blocking you from potentially login multiple times with same user name and password on service now side. You will only open the communication when a problem triggers based on alert profile.
