Temporary alert rule exclusion for IOException

Pashu-Pati

Hello, community!
Currently,  monitoring system triggers alerts for NotFound type errors. This is causing unnecessary alert noise.
I need to temporarily turn off an alert receiving from Dynatrace

Can someone guide me on implementing this temporary exclusion in Dynatrace to exclude these specific alerts while retaining log visibility?

Thank you in advance

I'm not quite sure what you're asking about, but I found this:

Metric name: Failure rate (client side errors)
Service: Consumer
Description: The error rate increased to 38.15 %.
Service method has a failure rate increase.

Hi,

It means, do you want your problem is not present in Dynatrace console? Or your problem is not matching  some alerting profile?

thanks for your participation
need to stop receiving exception alerts (40x) in monitoring for a certain service in a alert profile
I'm trying to do this using the failure/anomaly detection setting, but I'm stuck in the rules
