Good morning,
We have a huge number of problems related to “unexpected low load” of non-productive environments, my question is the following: Is there any way to disable this setting and only activate it to the Services that have a tag, for example ENV:PRO?
Thank you very much for your comments

Hi Víctor,
You have to adjust anomaly detection for services and applications.
For services:
For Applications: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/event-types-availability#unexpected-low-traffic
Hope it helps.
Regards,
Elena.

Hello Elena,
Thanks, the problem we have is that in our environment we have monitored both production environments and non-productive environments and in non-productive environments the detection of “low traffic load” generates many alerts that we are not interested so the approach we are looking for is to disable this detection at the environment level and only be activated in productive environments, so my question is more directed towards whether there is any possibility of activating this setting at the service level based on tags to do it in an agile and automatic way.
Thanks in advace
Victor

Thanks for clarifying, Víctor.
I think you can create an alerting profile for non-productive environments and exclude "Unexpected low traffic" events:
