Unexpected low service load problem not clear

I see often Unexpected low service load problems like the following one where the low load is not evident from the chart.

In this case the detected low load is not on a specific endpoint but on the whole service but from the char the throughput looks normal. Why do I see such problems ?

We often run in to this same issue and it is tedious having to open support tickets to understand what makes these alerts fire on the back end. I would love to see a solution that allows us to see the calculated baselines and why these fire when they do!
