dt.event.timeout

Hi,

Is it possible to configure / customize timeout for availability events like "Process unavailable" and "OS Service Monitoring"? I see there's a time out of 5 days available for process unavailable events but no mention about OS Service down alerts.

Note: For custom events, I see an option of using dt.event.timeout

I think you cannot change it by yourself, no matter if you are full admin.

I would raise a support ticket asking for it.
