multiple alerts for same issue

I got 2 alerts for the same issue referencing the same custom alert

P-22074136: Custom

P-22074137: Custom

Raise an alert if the metric is above the threshold for 3 one minute slots during any 5 minute period.

the event lasted 3 minutes

is it normal to get 2 alerts?

When does the sliding 5-minute period start?

Hi @billAtYale ,

What metric are you using, and are you splitting by any dimensions? Behavior should be, based on the info you provided, that a problem will be opened if the threshold is crossed for 3 consecutive minutes, and the problem will close if it is below the threshold for 5 consecutive minutes. 

Were these two problems open at the same time?
