Hello Dynatrace Community,
We're experiencing technical difficulties with the Dynatrace Community page. Performance has significantly decreased in the last few days, especially for logged-in users. We're aware of the issue and have started working on a solution. We want to fix this as soon as possible, and when we have good news, we'll comment in this thread.
We're so sorry about the inconvenience; hopefully, the experience with the site will be better soon.
Solved! Go to Solution.

The main issue is resolved now, and the site's performance for logged-in users should be much better. Thank you all for your patience!

@MaciejNeumann I'm reopening this thread. For a user logged in, the performance is really bad. I have a response time for the pages ~6s, sometimes even much more. That's just response time for the HTTP request of the page document, not measuring page rendering.
Without login, the same request is ~1.5s . Can your team have a look at this?

I can confirm what @Julius_Loman : this page has an HTML first byte of 1 second for public access, while having 5 seconds when logged in.

Hi @Julius_Loman and @AntonioSousa,
We can also confirm from our side that the performance and experience are much worse for the logged-in users at the moment. We are sorry for that, and we are looking into this. The ticket for our development team to investigate this issue was created. As soon as I have any more information about this from them and/or any fix for it, I'll post it in this thread.

Any news on this? I have been noticing that I have been using the Community less because of how slow it is. It's almost three weeks now that this has been noticed. Isn't OneAgent giving any clues on how to improve this?
