Hello Dynatrace Community,
As Black Friday is coming, we’ve decided to gather some of the most useful Community content that could potentially help you during this crucial date for e-commerce across the Internet.
Let’s start with the most valuable source of information about Dynatrace – the Dynatrace Documentation. Now, with the new look and feel, it’s easier than ever to find information about Dynatrace and its features. Documentation is now getting regular updates with specific use cases, so even if you have something bookmarked, it’s worth checking occasionally to see if any new information hasn’t appeared recently.
As we’ve introduced many new features to Dynatrace this year, our Community has a new label to gather all posts and questions around them - “latest dynatrace”. Thanks to it, you can track all the content, feedback channels, and product ideas around the latest goodies from Dynatrace.
One of the most useful new features is Workflows. We’ve worked with the Product Managers responsible for the area to prepare the answers to the Frequently Asked Questions about this feature. Check it out!
Dynatrace Query Language is also a new concept, and we want to help you learn it in the easiest possible way. This year, we’ve opened a special subforum where our specialists are waiting for your questions, so if you want to learn how to write a particular query, you couldn’t find a better place. There is also a great new playlist with some short tutorial videos – perfect for learning in small bites.

Speaking of videos – now we have a special subforum with all the video content around Dynatrace! So, if you prefer to learn in an audio-visual way, we’ve got a place for you.
Our Troubleshooting forum grows more and more with each month. This is a place with content directly from our Support, the Documentation team, and (spoiler alert!) soon from our Developers. Are there any troubles you want to shoot? This is a place for you:
Our users are creating a lot of incredible content, too. Want to learn from the pros on how to use Dynatrace to its fullest? Here is the subforum with dozens of tips that can help you with that:
Feel free to share any other Community content in the comment section that can help you on the Black Friday/Cyber Monday days.
