JIRA is integrated, user types a comment in Dynatrace Dashboard, but the comment doesn't show as reply in the JIRA ticket.
ASking this out of curiosity, would it be possible?

There is a small community app that offers comment sync between JIRA and Dynatrace at least for the JIRA Saas version. Maybe you would like to try it?
