Hello All,
I am using Email for workflow and simply I am using a DQL step with my error exceptions and I want in email step to get the result as a visualization of a table in massage for email instead of list.
Is it possible at the moment? would appreciate any idea or suggestion.
BR.

Hi, we will provide a markdown for Email, which allows you to format text, mark it as code, and add tables. With that, you'll be able to structure log information. This is expected to be available in CQ2-2025.
Let me know if you have any further questions,

As we head into Q2 of 2025, @Alexander_Mohr would you happen to have a better understanding of the timeline. This will better help us set expectation with our users and managers.
Thank you.

Hi Alex,
I am also looking for a similar option. Once this feature is introduced, could you please share the documentation link on this page?

Hello @Alexander_Mohr ,
It will be a good evolution. We also often have the need (from our customers) to send an attached file to a workflow email.
best regards

Hi,
Formatted emails are now about to be rolled out. With that, you can use markdown to format the mail body, format text as a header, use bold, italic, bullet list, link, code, and more. And the table formatting function allows you to share information in a structured way.
Documentation update will follow here: Email Connector — Dynatrace Docs and Microsoft 365 Connector — Dynatrace Docs.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
