Forwarding a log message (problem notification)

we need to forward some log messages to slack.

For this we set up Log Events - Custom Events for alerting - alerting Profile and a custom problem notification

It works.... but I miss the log message itself.
I added log message with {content} to the description of the problem case but could not add these information in our Slack Message.

1. How do I get the message into the integration-message?
2. Is there a better way to forward log message (maybe without creating a Problem Case)

the out of the box integration with slack is that not giving enough information? I understand that the custom events for Alerting might not include the log message or the log itself, you might need to resolve to the API to do a get of the log.
