Get values from category and subcategory "create incident" Service Now step in a Workflow

Hi,

We've created a workflow to create incidents in Service Now. It's working fine. But we aren´t able to get the categories and subcategories.

 

According to the documentation, in the fields category and subcategory

 

we are putting these sysparm queries:

Category:

'name=incident^element=category^inactive=false'.

Subcategory:

'name=incident^element=subcategory^inactive=false^dependent_value=${category}'

But there aren´t recovering the values.

Does anyone know which is the correct sintaxis to get the values for category and subcategory?
