How to read logs of workflow task

Hi,

I have workflow  having 2 task in sequential order.  Task 1 is guardian. When we run workflow , for Task 1-  logs shows all the information like  all Guardian objective  and respective Pass/ Fail  results .

I want to capture that information and store it in grail .Can somebody please help me to read that Task 1( i.e SRG guardian) logs information using Javascript task 2.
