From the documentation Dynatrace enable user to automatically create Jira ticket in case there is a problem notification. But it seems there is no place mention that how to set the priority of the ticket. Would you please help to suggest how to set the ticket's priority in Jira Integration?

Hi,
With the out-of-the-box Jira Problem notification integration it's not possible as far I'm aware.
You can only provide Key & Issue type.

Hi,
If no out-of-the-box solution, you can set a entities tag as:
This can be another entity as processes, services... And problem will inherit impacted entities tag. And it will sent to Jira from problem tag's placeholder.
Logic should be developed in Jira. This can be a workarround.
