As far i know Jira in last version isn't support basic authentication and to integrate Dynatrace with Jira we need to use Jira token. Is possible to create integration if customer use some previous version with password (F.e. Jira 8.13.1) ?
Has anyone of you any feedback for an issue outlined above? It would be really helpful for anyone who'll have similar question in future and find this thread 😊
