Once the integration between Dynatrace and ServiceNow is done, is it possible to backtrace and sync changes done in service now incident side with Dynatrace problems?

No, webhook integration is one way. But there is an API for posting comments to problems:

I don't know if service now is able to send payload to dynatrace API while you doing something with problem but maybe this is an idea.

Thanks Sebastian, yep I also have info only of API being used for updating back the problems with comments
