Is there any user required to be created on dynatrace for integration with Service now ?

I don't think this requirement is mentioned in dynatrace documentation but would like to know if it is a requirement anyways.

No, integration with ServiceNow is only via WebHook integration. You have to authorize dynatrace with SN using token, put link do send payload and that's all.

For integration you need ServiceNow username.
