When integrating with ServiceNow, field mapping & Transform Maps are a way to define better and more precise Incident mapping in ServiceNow.
There is a lack of information though on this subject, and would like to know some nice integrations that might have been done by Community members? Like how mapping to Impact, Urgency, Priority might have been done?
