Hi,
we would like to integrate Dynatrace with Jira, however, "we" have more than 1000 projects available.
In the integration we can only add 1 project key per problem notification.
How can we configure the integration to forward the problem to the right project (one project by application).

Hello,
you can setup as many jira integration as you wish. But if you want to filter entities to particular projects you need setup alerting profile for each of them:

When you will have as many alerting profiles (filtering entities) as you need, than for each of them create new jira integration with proper project keys.
Then dynatrace magic will do the rest 🙂

Hi Sebastian,
Understood, thanks for reponding.
If I have 500 applications and each application belongs to a different project, so I should create 500 alerting profiles. And this is the point I guess that's not a good idea...
The "perfect scenario" is a balancer which identify the key word and forward it to the correpondent Project.

The only Idea I have is to add tag to entities with projectID from JIRA, and integrate via custom WebHook. In such case you will be able to use tag value as fragment of Payload. What do you think about it?
