We are trying to integrate Dynatrace Managed with LDAP in our internal environment and need help with how to sync accounts. We have successfully connected to the LDAP server and queried the groups and users, we have also created a new group but the LDAP user cannot login to the assigned environment.
Are there any steps that have been missed so that the user cannot log in?

The user is part of monitoring group, right?
One thing you could do is validate with your ldap team too see if the request that is executing is right.
