Workflow problem trigger negate tag

Hi,

We can filter affected entities by tag https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/workflows-event-trigger#davis-problem-trigger 

Can we filtering entities does not contains a tag? Do we have a way to negate or invert? Custom action?

Have you tried to use the "Additional custom filter", like
NOT matchesPhrase(entity_tags, "test")
