AWS EC2 AMI Activegate and OneAgent Communication route

Hi.

I included OneAgent in an AWS EC2 AMI and deployed it as another EC2 instance.
OneAgent appeared to be functioning properly. However, when I checked the Deployment status, I noticed that it said "Currently used ActiveGate none (Direct communication)". ActiveGate is installed in this environment.
Has anyone had the same experience?

Hi,

I see when ActiveGate is not being used and it is send to SaaS tenant directly.

Do you have some ActiveGate with AWS module enabled?

Are you using network zones?

The new EC2 instance is able to reach the activeGate?
If you run ongentctl --get-server, Can you see the AG?

Thank you for your comment.
When I checked the results of executing ongentctl --get-server, I was able to confirm that I was connected directly to the Dynatrace environment without going through AG.
I then found that the route to connect directly from OneAgent and the route via AG were enabled.
