Hi community,
I've got a question about both the Azure and AWS cloud integration. For both, there is a possibility to add extra services.
Dynatrace will then start pulling extra information out of the Cloud APIs.
Whilst investigating the possibilities I see that there is a lot of documentation about the services and which metrics they pull, that's good. But some services contain pre-defined custom metric events that can be used for alerting:
Unfortunately, I can't find documentation about the available alerts. This would mean that I need to activate everything just to see if custom events apply for a service.
Does anybody know if I can find a list of available metric event for AWS and Azure somewhere?

Hi @michiel_otten,
I do not have an answer for your question. Maybe you can find the list of metric events in the demo live enviromment. I have just check it. I quess these are the predefined AWS and Azure metric events. Based on theirs name you can figure out them...
I hope it helps.
Best regards,

Is it possible to initiate anomaly detection and generate problem events for these Azure metrics?
I have not found a built-in option to configure alerts for metric anomalies.
Any guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
You can check Set up metric events for alerting under Azure.
Best regards
