Apply Azure SQL Tags on Service Databases

Hello,

I’m facing an issue with tag configuration in Dynatrace. I have Azure SQL Database services monitored at the Azure level:

and I’m also monitoring the individual database services.

Currently, the database services don’t have enough tags, while the Azure entity does (Azure Tags). My goal is to apply the Azure tags to the corresponding database services. However, I can’t find a placeholder like AzureTag to use in the ValueTag during the configuration process.

Has anyone encountered this or knows if there’s a way to reference Azure Tags in this scenario?

Hi,

If placeholder is not available, I would try to adding tag value manually, using entity selector for Azure entities.
