Azure - locations which are enabled for logs and events

I'm trying to deploy event-hub on some function across multiple azure regions
current status is Not Deployed

I've found warning on top that "There are locations which are not enabled for logs and events"

I've found there any reference to supported region: do you know where I can find that list?
And, more in general, any tips on make troubleshooting of the issue
