ECS Fargate Monitoring with Infra only mode

Does Dynatrace oneagent support ECS Fargate monitoring with infra only mode?

No. As fargate is serverless, there is operating system under your control where OneAgent can be even deployed. 
You can use OneAgent build-time or run-time injection, see https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/aws-fargate , but this is the full stack mode.

You can also use Cloudwatch integration to get metrics or logs.
