How to monitor PaaS hosted in Azure with Dynatrace Managed?

A customer has some machines hosted in Azure (PaaS) and want them (and the apps deployed on them) to monitor in Dynatrace Managed. Where and what SecGW to install to provide seamless data flow from OneAgents to the DT Managed cluster hosted in customer's data center? Are there any differences in system requirements for different types of SecGW?
