How to monitor SaaS apps hosted in Azure with Dynatrace Managed?

A customer wants to monitor their web app hosted in MS Azure as SaaS with Dynatrace Managed. Allegedly, the app is built based on Sharepoint. What are prerequisites for such a setup? What are requirements for Security Gateway and agent installation? How to approach this challenge?

There are two ways to monitor this SharePoint based app.

• Add the Dynatrace real user monitoring JavaScript snippet to the application (agentless real user monitoring). In order to get the RUM beacons, customer needs to setup, load balanced public security gateways: https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/installatio...
