Monitor Postgres in AWS

May i know is it possible to have a full stack monitoring of postgres in AWS ?

Do you mean RDS? If so: https://www.dynatrace.com/technologies/aws-monitoring/amazon-rds-monitoring/

Or if you mean monitoring of postgres in AWS EC2? Then you install there OneAgent - you get insights into infrastructure monitoring and you get auto-discovered DB service - if your apps use it.
