Resolve Common Issues in Azure Portal for Smooth Cloud Management

Hi Everyone, 

We have currently encountered an anomaly in the azure portal. In the App Service that we had planned to install the Dynatrace extension, when loading the list of extensions, the list does not appear:

Then we saw a pattern where in this app service (attached screenshot) mail under Java 21 technology:

We tried to install the extension to another App service under Node 18 technology and it shows the same behaviour. However, the other app service with .Net technology does support it.

Has this happened to anyone else?
