If you're asking me, I will always recommend visiting Las Vegas in US just to rent a car here and then travel straight to the Death Valley National Park. The whole journey is a different level, something far away from the daily landscapes here in Central Europe. You're experiencing nature in raw, dry, sharp, and intense form, with just a slight of human impact. Road is endless, the horizon is barely distinguishable from the purely blue sky, boundaries are mostly set by the mountains and hills. Everything moves slowly, you don't feel any rush, no distractions, no overwhelming factors, just you, your partner, calmly cruising white rental car, and some well fitting music on the speakers - for example, Riders On the Storm. Stay hydrated, snap some pics but not too many, and believe me - this is a moment of your life you will never forget. I can skip other dream travel spots just to go back right here in the future at least one more time!

Did this after the last Perform, with @PedroDeodato , and certainly agree! We did do some 1100 Kms that day, and the playlist certainly helped. But how did we forget "Riders on the Storm"???

I spent 10 days exploring my own country, Oman ๐ด๐ฒ, and what truly amazed me was its astonishing diversity compacted within a single border. One moment you're surrounded by golden desert dunes under a blazing sun, the next you're breathing cool, fresh air in rugged mountain ranges, then strolling along serene coastlines with hidden freshwater gems ๐ง. The rich tapestry of landscapes desert, mountains, valleys, and coast
I
felt like traveling through many worlds in one trip . And woven through it all is genuine warmth and hospitality from the Omani people, making every place feel alive, authentic, and deeply welcoming

Man, I miss Oman. Had a great time there - would have loved to explore more.

The Alhambra a palace-fortress complex is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most visited monuments in Europe. Its intricate Islamic architecture, lush gardens, and panoramic views of the Sierra Nevada mountains are unforgettable.

I'm suspected to say, but I would recommend any place at the Pampas of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. The unique part of the world with this biome, you must go camping and try fish something and it'll be kind of immersion that everybody needs nowadays. Since I was 3y old I go camping as birthday Gift (I asked every time), so for me is more than just connection with nature, is a life change habit.

I love hiking especially in river/canyon/waterfall landscapes and my home country Austria has lots of those places. Just attaching 2 of my favorites - the waterfalls of Krimml and the "รble Schlucht" (translates to something like "evil gulch")

I went to Iceland with my dad and son 1.5 years ago. We ended up renting a car at the airport and spent a week driving around the whole island. It was such a nice experience with some amazing views. I highly recommend it to people who like unique landscapes.

Came here to say Iceland! It's such a wonderful place where every hour you drive feels like you went to a different planet. Everything from glaciers and black sand beaches to volcanoes and geysers. Amazing place to see the northern lights too!

Top of my list would be Cradle Mountain , its one of Tasmaniaโs most iconic natural landmarks.
I didn't believe when my friends said I would experience "four seasons in one day", but indeed it was unpredictable and exciting weather at Cradle Mountain. Due to its high altitude and unique microclimate, the weather can change rapidly, with potentially sunny, windy, snowy, and even rainy conditions occurring in a single day.
Its a perfect place for anyone who loves hiking , but should be prepared to get challenged by the unpredictable weather conditions ๐
Last but not the least, this area is home to super cute wildlife that's unique and cannot be found elsewhere echidnas, Tasmanian devils ,w0mbats etc., all greeting you while you walk around ๐ฃ๐จ๐พ
I'm just waiting for an opportunity to go back to this place again ๐

There are so many amazing places in the world. Such a hard question! Is it cultural? is it beaches? is it gastronomical? architecture, nature,....Well I could give a list of more than 20 places, but I will put only three very different places that I loved.
1) I loved the balloon trip in Cappadocia
2) I like to snorkeldive and was amazed to be able to see 20 metres deep in the Mediterranean sea near Grotta del Bue Marino, Sardinia
3) It was unbelievelable to see with my own eyes how the Egyptians were so advanced.

With 2,780,085 kmยฒ of land in the continental area, Argentina is a place of landscape diversity in every sense and the 8th largest country in the world in terms of surface area.
We have one of the only glaciers still growing in the world: the Perito Moreno.
And the Iguazu Falls (between the border with Brazil and Argentina)
or a lot of beautiful landscapes along with the Andes mountains in the back.
and the highest peak on the American continent, Mount Aconcagua, at 6,962 m above sea level.
Also the Valley of the Moon
or even the hill of the 7 colors
among a lot of other incredible places. You are more than welcome to visit us.

Any "White Lotus" fans out there? ๐
I was lucky enough to visit Sicily and Taormina, where season 2 was shot exactly 2 years before its premiere, enjoying its landmarks almost entirely to myself. โ๏ธ Taormina is a beautiful, tiny town set on a pretty high elevation, so the views from there are amazing! In general, I recommend Sicily a lot, fantastic food (arancini, cannoli, eggplant in a thousand ways, pistachio sweets - that's heaven!) and wonderful people. โค๏ธ
And now from something entirely different - my husband is a huge metalhead, so on his request, we visited Finland 2 years ago, and what a fantastic time it was! We were riding bikes through Turku and Helsinki + visited Espoo, where my husband's favorite band, Children of Bodom, has their own bar. If you're looking for some beautiful nature and peace, this is definitely a great place to go!

1) My go-to destination for peace and tranquility is Gulmarg. Renowned for its world-class ski resort during the winter, Gulmarg transforms into a breathtaking floral paradise as summer begins. The snow-covered hills give way to vibrant meadows blanketed in white daisies, while lupines rise in colorful spires. Higher up the mountain slopes, an array of wildflowersโmany without namesโadds to the enchanting beauty of this serene escape.
2) Gurez the hidden gem nestled in the high Himalayas of Kashmir. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and bisected by the crystal-clear Neelum River , it offers untouched natural beauty, rich cultural heritage, and a tranquil escape from the noise of modern life. Its remote charm, wooden homes, and the warmth of the Dard people make Gurez a peaceful retreat steeped in authenticity.

(I totally still have another two weeks on this one lol)
One of my favourite travel experiences was studying abroad in Xi'An, China for a few months when I was 15. It was really unique to be traveling and continuing to study at the same time. I especially loved exploring both the city of Xi'An and its surrounding mountain areas. I even climbed a bunch of Huashan Mountain, which was absolutely terrifying. I miss it a lot, but not sure when I will make the trip back.
Here's an assortment of photos. They are blurry and poorly framed because I was an edgy teenager who refused to sit still.

You should definitely come visit Portugal's beaches! But one I have to mention is Nazarรฉ Beach. The landscape is absolutely breathtaking, and if you're an adrenaline person, the waves there are seriously huge โ some of the biggest in the world! It's totally worth the trip. There are tons of other awesome places I'd love to recommend, but I'll save those for another time!

Expo2025 is currently being held in Osaka, where I live.
Before the opening, there was a lot of negative information, such as delays in construction at the venue, rising operating costs, and sluggish advance ticket sales. However, after the opening on April 13, people who actually visited the venue posted many positive impressions on social media. As a result, Expo2025 has become a popular event visited by many people. I also visited the week after the opening, and the Grand Ring, the symbol of Expo2025, left a strong impression on me.
Expo2025 will close on October 13. I would recommend that anyone who visits Osaka before then visit Expo2025.
