Hello, Community!

 

We're truly grateful for your valuable feedback in the 2022 survey! And for really creative ideas for further Community development 😃

 

We summed up the survey results in a table that hopefully can easily show you where we are with particular improvements 📈

Our forum platform has a private messaging feature, but the votes were distributed 50/50 for and against having it turned on. The biggest fear is that a lot of information will stay hidden in the messages.

Currently, it's turned on only for DynaMights.

Continuous monitoring of the site performance; improvements along the way, such as:

Slowly, step-by-step, this is being addressed. Currently, there's always a link to the forums in the blog posts, as well as there are links directly in the product.

Yes I can now relate the reason, not to have a chat option enabled for everyone! But we should somehow try to build a browser notification option for comments or reply on the community website so that I get the notification irrespective of seeing my email. Is this feasible currently? can we do this already?

As for number 7 and "Easy filter for unanswered questions" - we've decided to also add this option to the main page, but as in the "Community activity" feed there are all types of content, it will be called (most probably, still work in progress!) "Without replies". Thanks to this filter, you'll be able to easily find all the newest questions, ideas, blogs, events, etc., that don't have any posts in them yet. It will be added to the Community around August.
