January is a time for summaries and new beginnings. We felt a bit nostalgic—reminiscing about our youth brought up musical topics. This nostalgia inspired this year's Community Manager Appreciation Day theme: rap bangers!
CMAD 2025 is the perfect occasion to look back and celebrate the past year. It’s our tradition to highlight key events, your incredible achievements, and the milestones that shaped our Community during the past 12 months.
TEAM
This year was full of team changes. People come and go—fortunately, in this case, @Ana_Kuzmenchuk and Iza @IzabelaRokita just left for maternity leave and are currently focusing on their little ones. Spoiler alert: they will return to us this year (yay!).
I joined the team around the middle of the year (hi! 👋). Community feels like home already. If I'm not circling like a shark hunting for typos, I'm probably decorating the Community's office.
We also had some team recognitions. The irreplaceable @Ana_Kuzmenchuk, @AgataWlodarczyk and @Michal_Gebacki earned the title of Senior Community Managers. 🎉🍾 They truly deserve it—they are very supportive, know the answers to many burning questions, and never fail to notice a problem.
The success streak doesn't end there. We've been making appearances and promoting Community. Almost exactly a year ago, Agata and @MaciejNeumann Maciej met some of you at Perform. Those who didn't get to high-five them in 2024 must make up for it in 2025! Remember, there will be a once-in-a-lifetime chance to rap with Agata.
