Hello Dynatrace Community,
Welcome to the 2026 edition of Community Manager Appreciation Day! As we do every year, we've prepared some lighthearted, non-technical content to celebrate it together.
Over the next few days, you can expect another edition of our Dundies awards, as well as a Wrapped-style recap with Community highlights, your contributions, and our year in numbers.
Now, let's kick off CMAD 2026 with some creativity! 🎨
The first activity we have planned for you is to create a brand-new set of default avatars for the Dynatrace Community. We introduced our current three sets (light blue, dark blue, and purple) some time ago, and it's time for new ideas to freshen things up.
No worries, no design skills required! 😄 With the rise of various AI tools, it's easier than ever to create your own graphics. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to design avatars that will be used by Community members across the forum: something created by the Community, for the Community.
Here's what we're looking for:
- Theme: sky is the limit, preferably something related to Dynatrace and observability
- Shape: circle format
- Size: nothing to big, but don't worry to much - we'll edit them to fit the forum.
Post your creations here in the comments! We'll select the most interesting designs and add them to the Community.
