Does Dynatrace monitors Curl/Shell/echo script as processes via shell or process. If yes how can I exclude from monitoring them.

You should take a look at https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/how-to-use-dynatrace/process-groups/configuration/set-up-proc...

You can explicit define rules to not monitor them, but almost all shell scripts don't run long enough to meet criteria for Dynatrace to consider them.
